Coaching


The best way to bring up yours or your club’s level of sailing is to receive coaching. Stephane and Oliver have both done some private one on one coaching and coaching multiple boats at one time. Many people spend a lot of money on new sails and equipment when huge gains can be made from hiring a coach. In all sports, people hire coaches to help them improve, sailing is no different. One on one coaching gives you 100% of their attention while group coaching helps to cut the cost per person and helps create racing scenarios.

Coaching is available for: t a day out on the water, a weekend, or even a week during the summer for youth programs.

Public speaking


With the experience Stephane and Oliver have from the Esteem Team and other functions, they are ready to talk to you club, race group, youth program, and even business. Topics include motivation, race strategy and tactics, boat speed, and team work.
